You're looking for the fastest possible way to lose weight. It takes time and cannot be rushed. No fad diets or unhealthy dieting on this programme.
You don't work well with others. This is and always has been about the community and how we can help each other.
You are not willing to work on your habits and schedule. We will look at your current lifestyle and give you steps to take to get out of your unhealthy habits.

The 6 week challenge is for everyone. We pride ourselves on our ability to get the best out of people. All who have entered the 6 week challenge and consistently attended their sessions have come away feeling stronger, fitter and healthier.
After the challenge is complete there is no mandatory sign up. You are more than welcome to join up on a more regular basis but there is no requirement to do so. Most of our challengers have joined up on a monthly membership after they have finished their introductory challenge to keep the results coming !
Nutrition can be a sensitive subject for some challengers. The nutritional advice is always available but not a mandatory part of the program. If you decide you need help at a later date never hesitate to ask.
Our challengers can attend sessions up to 3 x per week. Your sessions are booked via our online booking system and you can choose any 2 between Monday and Friday (multiple times available) and join our conditioning class on Saturday morning completely free of charge.
You get fitter by being on the challenge not waiting till you're fit enough to join. You will receive a full strength, fitness and mobility assessment before joining the challenge to see where you are just now. This gives us a chance to see how you move just now, talk about any injuries you may have and find ways for you to take part in the challenge without any risks being taken.
Results are entirely based upon how much time and effort you can afford to put into the program. We have found that most of our challengers who attend at least 2 of the sessions available per week get an amazing result both physically and mentally by the end of the 6 weeks.
