2 or 3 Studio Sessions Per Week
Come to us for up to three workouts. If you're struggling to go to the gym by yourself, You can get every workout done in the comfort of our private studio. With both Martin and Carla delivering these sessions you will have two trainers with over 10 years experience guiding you on your journey

1x Per Week Conditioning Class At No Extra Cost

Martin and Carla have a combined experience of over 12 years.
After working in commercial gyms for most of their careers they decided it was time to start something new.
They designed Be More to give people the option to train in private outside of a busy commercial gym environment with proper instruction on how to perform each exercise safely and correctly without feeling judged or out of place.
From helping clients with weight loss, fitness and muscle gain one of our trainers can help you reach your goals.
